House cleans

​

House codes/lockbox

Please have all details to us (pictures are best) of where we can find the lockbox to reduce time wasted looking for these ourselves. 

​

Cancellations

 If you wish to cancel the service, you must immediately notify us. You will not receive a refund for any cancellations made within 24 hours prior to scheduled start of the service.

 

Sickness

If you are sick, please hang in your bedroom and we will skip this room

​

Breakages

 If we break something we will notify you immediately and try to replace. Anything big we will contact our insurance company. 

​

Police checks

We are all police checked and if you'd like a copy of our certificates these can be provided.

​

Insurance

Im fully insured if a problem does arise this will be sorted out immediately.

​

Dogs 

Ensure that any dogs at the premises are adequately restrained while the services are being performed; If we do not feel comfortable around your dog, we will leave. this also goes for anyone in your home we do not feel safe around, we will leave. 

​

Cleaning products 

We agree to provide all cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment necessary to carry out the services, unless you have made other arrangement with us.

​

On grounds of health and safety, we are under no obligation to clean vomit, blood, excretion or any other body spillages.

Not happy?

If you are not satisfied with the services provided and a complaint has been placed in the stated 48 hours after the services have been completed, we reserve the right to return a cleaner to perform the services again. You agree to allow the cleaner to be returned and to be at present at all times when the services are re-performed.

Airbnb management

Our promise

We craft you a beautiful profile with great photography to showcase your property in its best light and get you the best bookings possible.

 

We handle all bookings, guest communications using Airbnb software and management systems.

 

Where we can, we aim to satisfy any requests the guests may have, including but not limited to cots, high chairs,  airport transfers etc

We collect payment from the guests

​

We prepare the property in advance of each new guest arrival. This includes preparing all the rooms to a professional standard.

​

We review each guest and collect reviews on your behalf.

​

We deal with any minor maintenance issues timeously and believe in pro-active action to minimise down-time.

​

We wish to have a good relationship with all our property owners, so we don’t wish to tie you into a long-term contract. If it doesn’t work for you, no problem.
